📌 Important Notes Before You Buy

• Compatibility: This gateway only supports Tuya Zigbee devices. It does not work with Zigbee devices from other ecosystems (like Xiaomi).
• WiFi Communication Only: The gateway connects to the cloud via your WiFi network, but it doesn’t control Tuya WiFi devices directly. If your device is already a Tuya WiFi product, you don’t need this gateway.
• Voice Assistant Support: The gateway itself isn’t recognized by Alexa, Google Home, or Yandex. However, compatible sub-devices linked through the gateway can show up in those platforms.
• Power Supply: The gateway does not have a built-in battery and requires continuous power via USB. A USB power adapter is not included—you can use any 5V/1A (or higher) phone adapter.
• Versions: There are 4 different versions of this gateway available. Please refer to the product image and choose the version that fits your needs.

• Q: What's the transmission range?
  A: Zigbee coverage is similar to 2.4GHz WiFi and can span an entire home. Bluetooth typically reaches 10–15 meters and can pass through 1–2 walls.
• Q: Do I need this if I already have Tuya WiFi products?
  A: No. WiFi devices connect directly to your router via the Tuya app. This gateway is only for Zigbee and Bluetooth sub-devices.

• If your device doesn’t configure properly:

1. Make sure the gateway is powered and flashing rapidly

2. Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network

3. Ensure the app has Bluetooth and location permissions

4. Double-check your WiFi password

5. Avoid restricted network settings (like MAC filtering)

6. If 2.4GHz and 5GHz use the same SSID, try renaming them

7. As a last resort:

   • Turn off phone Bluetooth

   • Long press the gateway’s reset button for 5 seconds to switch to slow flashing mode

   • Use AP Mode in the app to complete setup

• Q: Why can't I see the gateway in Alexa/Google Home?
